WHAT IS REIKI?
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "Universal Life" and Ki which means "Life Force Energy" and it is a form of energy healing. By using Sacred symbols, a Reiki practitioner channels energy to the client to resolve any blocks in the energy channels within the body that may be causing stress, tension, and/or disease.
Reiki is a great tool for stress reduction, relaxation, and overall wellness. It is not a cure for a particular disease or illness, but it may assist the body in promoting an environment to facilitate healing.
Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME
A Distance healing will incorporate sound healing, healing crystals, and essential oils to facilitate a deeper healing experience for each clients.
You can expect:
Playlist or suggested relaxing music to listen to during your session
Summary of session
Suggestions for continued healing at home (areas to work on, crystals, oils, affirmations, journal prompts.)
Distant sessions are performed at a set time in the comfort of your own home. At this set time, you will want to relax and will have the option to listen to a relaxing playlist for music, or silence, whichever is your preference. After the sessions is complete, you will receive a summary of your session which will include any information picked up on, and blocks or areas for you to focus on. Suggested practices, tools, affirmations, and journal prompts to help you continue your healing at home will also be provided.
** It is not uncommon for you to experience temperature changes during the session, tingling, a flood of emotions, visualizations or colors. Some fall asleep and some feel nothing at all initially.
