Includes all organic elderberries and a variety of other synergistic immune supporting organic herbs and raw honey. This has been a go-to recipe for over 10 years, with some fine tuning throughout the years.

***Elderberry is believed to help with prevention of the common cold/flu as well as shorten the duration if one does get sick. It’s also used to help reduce allergy symptoms and overall inflammation in the body.

—Common Usage Guidelines—

Daily prevention: Adults 1/2-1 TBSP, 12m+ 1/2-1 TSP

When sick, may take every 3-4 hours.

Some other fun ways we use our syrup...
- a small amount on pancakes/waffles 
- a little mixed into yogurt or oatmeal 
- a little mixed into your tea 
- mixed with sparkling water
