Together, these are also great for digestion issues, calming an upset stomach and indigestion, amongst many other benefits.

Suggested uses:

Take 1/2-1tsp a few times a day when feeling a little under the weather, sick, or with stomach ailments.

Can also add to warm water, tea, or milk based product. 

I personally love to add to my herbal tea, along with a small splash of almond or coconut milk (Golden Milk)
